Job Description
We are looking for talented designers ready to shape experiences for cutting-edge software - starting from requirements gathering and analysis, through architecture and layout definition to crafting modern graphical interfaces and validating them. We work for a wide range of sectors, targeting many possible form factors and platforms.
Responsibilities
- Holistic approach to product or service design both in a UX and a UI designer role throughout the entire development lifecycle
- Identification of user pain points and business needs
- Delivery of user stories, user journeys, user flows and information architectures
- Translation of ideas and requirements into flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes
- Gaining full understanding of customers’ vision and needs by researching, sketching, prototyping, attending or leading stakeholder/user interviews and workshops
- Close cooperation with stakeholders and development teams to ensure a design outcome that is innovative, user-friendly and ready for implementation
- Design validation and an iterative approach, making informed decisions at every step
Qualifications
- 3 or more years of commercial UI/UX design experience
- Knowledge of user-centered design process principles, ability to adapt design activities to specific customers and projects
- Outstanding communication skills allowing to directly work with customer stakeholders
- Ability to deliver prototypes, wireframes and UI designs using Figma, Adobe XD
- Advanced knowledge of graphic design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
- Experience in motion graphics, animation, 3D graphics and video editing are nice to have
- Able to provide heuristic usability reviews. Hands-on experience in user testing is a plus.
- Able to estimate and plan design work in short and long term mindful of timescales and milestones
- Adaptability and flexibility to provide solutions for many different platforms and form factors across projects
- Passion for great, practical design
