Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a UX & UI Designer with strong visual design capabilities
- You have a passion for understanding our customers and bringing their voices into the design and development process
- You have a keen interest in consumer-facing products, finance, e-commerce, or related fields
- You can create both conceptual and production ready designs
- You are proactive and are able to manage your time efficiently
- You have strong visual and verbal communication skills.
- You are highly proficient with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe CC Suite
- You have a strong portfolio with relevant work that demonstrates both your visual as well as problem solving capabilities
- Full professional English proficiency

What:
Tackle convoluted problems and develop clean, stable solutions that scale. The ideal candidate would be someone who has a genuine passion for designing and implementing elegant software solutions. They would also be intimately familiar (and up to date) with their development ecosystem for making sound decisions when it comes to choosing the right tool or library for the job. We expect our engineers to be able to contribute across the entire product stack, as well as collectively oversee the integrity of the codebase.
The Crew:
Our team right now is 60, and we're growing quickly with ambitions to become 100+ in the next few months, we're looking to hire across all departments so you'll see a lot of new crew members joining the Juniverse!
In this role you’ll be:
- Be part of a growing team of talented and motivated designers working with all stages of the design process from discovery to delivery
- Work across all product areas and marketing, shaping how Juni is experienced by our customers inside and outside of the product platform
- Build great wireframes, visual designs, and high-fidelity prototypes for our mobile and web application
- Collaborate with design, marketing, product, branding, and development teams to create customer-centric solutions
Within 1 month you'll:
- Understand how Juni works, get integrated with the design team, and hit the ground running when it comes to your role
- Understand our customers and their needs
- Contribute to ongoing design projects
Within 3 months you'll:
- Other crew members say they’re learning a lot and are more productive because of you
- Own tasks and deliver on them autonomously
- Challenge and improve existing designs
Within 6 months you'll:
- Take on the design development of complete new product areas
- Create an impact on how customers are seeing and using the product
- See your designs out in the world within weeks
