# About the Role

Staff Product Designers are leaders within the Design organization and Tech overall, leading projects and teams within their product area. The product area for this design role is Routable’s Payment Methods pod. This is a highly influential pod on our business and growth. Some example projects that are being worked on or are on the roadmap are: international payments, RTP (instant payments), and credit card payments.

As a staff product designer on our team, you’ll be partnering closely with a product manager, tech lead, and engineering colleagues to prototype and validate solutions to customer problems. You’ll be involved at all stages of product development and support that team’s efforts. And ultimately you will create and successfully bring to market great software for our customers.
