We are seeking an experienced PHP developer with a strong understanding of AWS cloud and payment systems to join our growing e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining PHP-based web applications, with a focus on integrating payment gateways and optimizing for e-commerce. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of PHP frameworks such as Laravel, as well as AWS cloud architecture and best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain PHP-based web applications with a focus on e-commerce.
- Integrate payment gateways such as PayPal, Stripe, and others.
- Optimize web applications for scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Design and implement AWS cloud architecture for high availability and fault tolerance.
- Collaborate with other developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality web applications.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues with existing applications.
- Implement security best practices to protect web applications from threats and vulnerabilities.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in PHP development, AWS cloud, and e-commerce.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in PHP development.
- 2+ years of experience in AWS cloud architecture and best practices.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and software design patterns.
- Proficiency in PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as AngularJS HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Familiarity with MySQL or other relational databases.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Payment integration experience with PayPal, Stripe, or other payment gateways.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms such as WooCommerce, Magento, or Shopify.
Preferred Qualifications:
- AWS certification such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Developer, or DevOps Engineer.
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and processes.
- Experience with mobile application development using React Native or other technologies.
