Make your mark:
As a Senior Product Designer, you'll be responsible for solving product problems from beginning to end - everything from discovery to wireframes, experience mapping to functional prototypes and validating with users!
As part of this role, you will get to work alongside a talented cross-functional team including product, sales, marketing, data and our exceptional engineering team.
How you will make a difference:
- Create & deliver new customer journeys and interfaces, from low-def to high-def designs including wireframing, storyboards, user flows, interactive prototyping, and visual design to raise the bar across our experiences.
- Discover more about our users and validate design solutions using qualitative and quantitative research techniques.
- Facilitate co-design workshops that encourage problem solving with cross-functional teammates
- Develop, measure, and expand user experience metrics including customer satisfaction, usability efficiency and ease of use of our products
- Experience working with Design Systems, such as so we can ramp up on development quickly and customize where it counts
- Work closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and marketing team stakeholders to drive collaboration throughout design process to deliver the final product
Skills that set you apart:
- Finance or Payments Domain Experience (nice to have)
- You have 5+ years working with product and tech teams.
- Communicating design rationale backed by solid data and customer insights.
- Synthesis of insights from user research data.
- Expert experience with design & UX tools such as Sketch, Figma, and InVision.
- Positive, can-do attitude and thrives on being part of a small, incredibly focused team.
- You have an online portfolio, or PDF that you can share with us.
- A design, HCI, computer science or psychology related degree (nice to have)
